CANCELLATION POLICY

🔸I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the start time. A valid card must be kept on file to book any appointment. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated. Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service total. 🔸Cancellations can be made through the website, by text, or via email. Each appointment will receive a 72-hour email and text confirmation, along with a 24-hour text reminder. Please confirm your appointment to ensure your spot—unconfirmed appointments may be canceled. 🚫NO-SHOW POLICY🚫 Missed appointments or "no-shows" will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may require a $25 deposit to book future appointments. 🔷LATE POLICY🔹 There is a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients, or you may be asked to reschedule. 🔹Please note that late arrivals may still be charged the full service amount if the session cannot proceed as planned. 🔅I completely understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes when possible. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact my ability to serve all clients. Your understanding and cooperation are deeply appreciated. 🔅All fees are non-refundable and non-disputable.
